3. Use of AWS Content

The App provides educational content related to AWS certifications for informational and study purposes only. This content is not endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon Web Services, Inc. (“AWS”). All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the App related to AWS remain the property of AWS. Users of the App are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or using this content for commercial purposes. The App and its owner do not claim ownership of any AWS-related materials used.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials within the App, except AWS content as outlined above, are the intellectual property of StudyCloudTech, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This includes, but is not limited to, software, design, graphics, and proprietary content. Users may not modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without our express written consent.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse the App or use it for unlawful purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may harm the App, other users, or violate these Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with US/VA jurisdiction's laws.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US/VA.

14. Payment Terms

Access to certain features or content within the App requires payment. By making a purchase or subscribing to the App, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Prices and payment terms are subject to change, and continued use of the App signifies your agreement to the updated fees.

15. Subscription and Auto-Renewal

If the App offers a subscription service, your subscription may automatically renew at the end of the term unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You are responsible for any charges incurred prior to cancellation. Cancellation and refund policies are outlined below.
